As the countdown to the holiday season begins, we are excited to share our contribution to the festivities, a “home-made” collection of festive recipes from our consultants and colleagues.

This year we are all likely to have to make adaptations to our normal holiday plans in light of restrictions caused by the C-19 pandemic. This collection came about as a way of reminding ourselves and our community of the opportunities we do have to share and celebrate, even though our traditions may evolve this year. We hope you enjoy reading the stories and recipes from our team and from guest contributors Ishan Kolhatkar, creator of the Billable Hour Cookbook, and Elizabeth Rimmer, CEO of LawCare.

Finding solace and joy in cooking and sharing traditional foods can help us relax, recharge and restore. Not everyone is so lucky. This holiday season we at Obelisk are donating the funds we would’ve used for celebrations to the Trussell Trust, to help them provide essential support through their food banks. If you would also like to help them, you can find ways to give here.

Thank you to all our talented contributors for making this festive project happen. We hope that this collection of festive recipes becomes a vital ingredient in our readers’ festive preparations.
